The checklist has now been reviewed and updated for 2026 though the original video has not been edited as there are no substantial changes.
The attached checklist (which appears at the bottom of this page) is intended to take Local Authorities through the steps that are necessary or optional in terms of what to import into the system in order to have a full set of assessment and contextual data, with full social care import coverage.
Sections include:
- Preparation
- Census and contextual data (including CIN and 903)
- Primary assessment data
- KS4 results day data
- KS4 data published by DFE
The checklist has been left in Excel format so that you can customise it for your LA adding more detail if you wish and removing any elements that are not relevant .
