Additional Details - Reference Files

• LAs will import their exam results files (EDI) into Nexus and also a CSV for any results they want to include but don’t have a results file.

• Angel Solutions will source the basedata and other files required for exam day analysis; the following files will be sourced in this way.

  • Basedata option files from all awarding organisations - this will be used to match a result code with its qualification number. Where basedata is available it can be found on the AOs website, we will source option files from the following AOs. 

    • AQA

    • OCR

    • Pearson

    • WJEC

    • CCEA

  • Performance table discount codes - all qualification numbers matched to discount codes for the exam year in question. This file will determine the results that can be included in analysis in Nexus, if a qualification number is not in this spreadsheet it will be automatically discounted.

  • Performance Points - points and weightings used to calculate KS4 analysis;
