Weekly Attendance data is included within Keypas with specific grids being available to review both the imported files associated with the Weekly Attendance functionality as well as the records within them.

Keypas grids are populated immediately after the import is brought into the system.

The grids

Keypas > Tree View > Weekly Attendance > Imported Data > Pupils

This grid shows you the full weekly attendance data brought into Nexus at each import at the pupil level. This will grow into a very large dataset when you consider this will include all pupils in LA state funded schools for each import that is brought into the system. An LA importing 39 weeks of the year and having 50,000 pupils in schools will have nearly two million records per year.

Keypas > Tree View > Weekly Attendance > Imported Data > Files

This grid shows, for each week in the year (using the data of Friday in that week), whether the LA has imported data for that week and what the percentage of national coverage for that week is.

Keypas > Tree View > Weekly Social Care Cohort > Imported Data > Pupils

This grid is related to the pupils LA define as their social care cohort (effectively limited to Virtual School initially but planned to expand to CIN and CPP) for the purposes of monitoring weekly attendance.

Keypas > Tree View > Weekly Social Care Cohort > Imported Data > Files

This grid shows - for each week in the year (using the data of Friday in that week) whether the LA has imported the Weekly Attendance Social Care cohort for that week and what the percentage of national coverage for that week is in terms of imported files.
