You can download this import file from the import screen and it can be used to fill in any gaps in prior attainment.
KS2 prior attainment is used in calculations of progress 8 scores, if a pupil does not have prior attainment, also know as a KS2 fine level, then they will not be included in progress 8 calculations.

KS2 Prior Attainment Example Import
You should download the KS2 prior attainment csv from the import screen.
Keypas>>Imports>>Import New File>>KS4 Exam Results (KS2 Prior Attainment)
You can either import the KS2 Fine Level column or as much data as you have for the other 6 columns and we will calculate the fine level for you.
At the bottom of the import screen you can either drag and drop your file or add related files. The upload button will appear once you have added a file.
The result year must be the year the pupil completes key stage 4 not key stage 2.
Please note that pupils assessed at Key Stage 4 in 2025 and 2026 do not have any prior attainment due to the cancellation of KS2 assessments during the pandemic. Progress will not be reported for these years.
