KEYPAS accepts three types of pupil data files, CTF (.xml), FTF (.xml) and output from the DfE spreadsheet (as .csv). For CTF and FTF files, the file format should look like either of the examples below - depending on whether you are using the DfE or URN number.
Note 1: Due to confusion between similarly named EYFSP and KS1 CTF files, KEYPAS also accept files named as CTF or FSP. The .csv filename is also shown below...
CTF files should be named as...
nnnDDDD_CTF_nnnLLLL_xxx or nnnDDDD_FSP_nnnLLLL_xxx
DfE Return files should be named as...
CSV files should be named as...
nnn = LA number
DDDD = 4 didget DfE number
UUUUUU = 6 digit URN number
xxx = Incremental export number
yy = Year
LLLL = Fixed value
