If you’re not receiving NCER Membership bulletins, please follow these steps to troubleshoot and restore your access to communications.
This guide covers common issues that may prevent bulletins from reaching your inbox and provides resources for resolving them.
Step 1: Confirm Your Subscription from within Nexus
- Log in to your Nexus Account:

Access My Account Settings:
- In the top-right corner, select My Account to access your profile settings.

Review Communication Preferences:
- Navigate to Communication Preferences within My Account.
- Ensure you are subscribed to receive bulletins and other communications from NCER.

Save Your Preferences:
- After confirming your subscription, make sure to save your preferences. This will update your account settings and confirm your subscription status.
Step 2: Confirm Subscription via Mailchimp
If you’ve previously unsubscribed from our emails or if your Local Authority (LA) IT policy has blocked our bulletin IPs, you may need to through this form.

- This link will allow you to update your email preferences directly with Mailchimp.

Complete the Subscription Process:
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your email address and re-subscribe to our bulletins. This will re-enable NCER bulletins to reach you via Mailchimp.

Another way that you can help emails reach your inbox is by adding ncer@angelsolutions.co.uk to your address book. Please refer to your email provider for information on how to do this if you are unsure.
If you’re still experiencing issues receiving bulletins, you can still access our Nexus Bulletin Archive.
The Nexus Bulletin Archive contains a copy of all bulletins that have been issued to the membership.
